摘　　要：通过对包钢铁水预处理站镁基粉剂脱硫工艺优化的理论研究和生产实践,探索出适合生产要求的低成本镁粒钝化剂,该镁粒钝化剂在钝化生产过程中,无污染,低能消耗,喷吹工艺满足现行生产工艺要求,可保证脱硫效果,降低脱硫粉剂的成本。With theoretical research and productive practices for optimizing desulfurization with magnesia based powder in Pretreatment Station of liquid iron of Baotou Steel,the low cost passivant of magnesium granules that meets production requirements was explored.This passivant was pollution-free and with low energy consumption in the process of deactivation.The jetting technology satisfied current technological requirements of production,which could guarantee the effects of desulfurization and reduce costs of desulfurization powder.
