摘　　要：因为KDONAr-30000/30000/1100型内压缩流程空分设备氧气取出量增大而造成氧气纯度下降,进而导致粗氩塔发生氮塞故障,影响后续生产的正常运行。简介空分设备的制氩流程,详细介绍了故障原因的分析过程和为消除故障采取的处理措施。Increase of extraction rate of gaseous oxygen from Model KDONAr-30000/30000/1100 inner compression process air separation plant results in lowering of purity of gaseous oxygen and in turn results in trouble of nitrogen blocking in crude argon tower, which will impair the consequent normal production. Here, the argon generation process in air separation plant is briefed, the causes for the trouble are analyzed and the measures to eliminate the said trouble are described.
