匀染防擦伤剂LP在不定岛超细纤维织物溢流染色中的应用

摘　　要：为解决不定岛超细纤维织物溢流染色困难、得色量不高、染色不匀以及易擦伤问题，采用3种助剂进行匀染性、移染性、染深性试验，根据试验结果选择了各项指标较好的LP匀染防擦伤剂，进行最佳使用浓度试验和大生产试验。结果表明，大生产应用染色效果均匀、颜色鲜艳、无擦伤，匀染防擦伤剂LP的最佳浓度为1～2g／L。In order to sovle the problems of the diffculty to jet overflow dyeing on superfine fibres, low dye yield and chafed - prone, dyeing experiments were carried out on /eve/ dyeing, migrating property and deep dyeing with three kinds of auxiliary chemical. The most effective of them was selected to carry out optium concentration experiment and bulks experiment. Results showed that it had uniform dyeing effects, brignt color and no chafe. The optium concentration of level dyeing chafed - prone agent LP was 1 - 2g/L.
