摘 要:辛硫磷经碱解后,在0.01mol/LNaOH底液中,于JP-2型示波极谱仪上,起始电位-0.30V进行阴极化扫描,出现一灵敏的导数极谱波,峰电位为-0.53V(VS,SCE)。在0—1.6μg/mL范围内辛硫磷浓度与峰电流呈线性关系,波形清晰,重现性好,本法快速、简便、灵敏度好,可用于蔬菜、水果、粮食中残余辛硫磷农药的测定。对电极过程及反应机理作了初步探讨,认为辛硫磷经碱解后,在NaOH底液中的极谱波属氢催化波。标准偏差3.1420,变异系数4.243,相关系数为0.9985,回收率99.75%。The sulphur phosphorous hydrolysised by alkaline, in the solution of 0. Olmol/L NaOH, it appeared a sensitive derivative polarograph of JP -2 after cathodic scanning with the starting potential at -0.30V. The peak potential was at -0.53V( VS, SCE). The peak current was linearly proportional to the concentration of sulphur phosphorous at the rang of 0 - 1.6μg/mL. The wave was distinct and the repeatability was good. This method was rapid, handy and sensitive. It could be used in the determination of the sulphur phosphorous remain in vegetable, fruit and grain. We probed into electrode reaction and reaction mechanism preliminarily. After hydrolysis, polarographic of sulphur phosphorous belonged to hydrogen catalytic wave in NaOH. The standard deviation coefficient of variation recovery and linear correlation were 3. 1420,4. 243,0. 9985 and 99.75%.
