摘  要:测调联作技术是一种提高偏心分层注水井测调效率和准确性的分层调配技术,是分层注水专用的智能化测控设备。该技术实现了连续可调水嘴、测试数据实时直读、边测边调、上提下放反复调配等功能。现场应用表明:该技术不但可以提高测调效率,缩短测试时间,提高测试资料准确率,而且解决了深井、高温高压、结垢等复杂井况的偏心分注问题。This paper describes the principles,system components and field application of intelligent measuring and adjustment combination technique.The measuring and adjustment combination technique is an intelligent monitoring and control equipment for separate zone water injection wells,and can be used to improve the adjustment efficiency and measuring accuracy of eccentricity separate layer water injection wells.The technology can be used to achieve a continuous adjustable water nozzle,the test data real-time direct-reading,adjusted while measuring and repeated deployment by hoisting up or setting down.Field application shows that the technique not only improve the efficiency of test and adjustment,short the testing time,improve the accuracy of test data,but also solve the problems about deep working,high temperature and pressure and scaling.
