系统化健康教育模式在肛肠科手术病人中的应用与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在肛肠科手术病人护理中,建立一套科学有效的系统的健康教育模式。方法:选择200例肛肠科手术病人,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规教育模式,观察组给予科学有效的系统健康教育模式,比较两组病人术后并发症发生情况和满意度。结果:我科推行此科学有效的系统健康教育模式,有效减少了术后并发症,减少了病人住院天数和住院费用,有效提高了病人及家属的满意度,有效提高了我科的经济效益和社会效益。结论:在肛肠科手术病人护理中,运用科学有效的系统的健康教育模式,能有效降低术后并发症,提高病人及家属的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective：To disscuss the effect of ,100 cases in each group establishment of a scientific and effective system of health education mode in patient care in anus bowel division operation. Methods： 200 cases anus bowel division surgery patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients treated with the implementation of this scientific and effective system of health education model,the control group continuing their education mode. Comparison of postoperative complications,and satisfaction differences. Results： After to push scientific and effective system of education mode,effectively reduce the health the postoperative complications,reduce the patients hospitalized days in hospital and the charge,effectively improve the patient and family,effectively improve the satisfaction of my families of economic benefits and social benefits. Conclusion：Anorectal surgery in patient care,the implementation of scientific and effective system of health education model,can reduce complications and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,should be widely applied.
