摘　　要：针对学术信息增值问题,阐述高校图书馆通过信息遴选、结构化、个性化和知识化实现高校学术信息的增值,得出高校图书馆是学术信息增值机构的结论,以期达到明确高校图书馆定位、强化其核心竞争力、促进高校图书馆可持续发展的目的。According to the problem of academic information value-addition,it was expounded that the academic information of university was value-added by university library through information selection,structured,personalization,and knowledgeable.And it was concluded that university library was the academic information value-added organization,in the hope of defining the position,strengthening the core competitiveness and promoting the sustainable development of university library.
