信息共享平台在国防科技情报研究中的应用探讨

摘　　要：信息技术的发展赋予了国防科技情报研究新的机遇和挑战。从用户需求、研究力量和研究方式三个方面分析了国防科技情报研究的现状,指出了存在的问题;为了提高国防科技情报研究的效率、质量和加快研究人才的成长进程,在国防科技情报研究中引入了信息共享平台是十分必要的;并详细介绍了信息共享平台的作用、组成要素和功能实现;最后提出若能将信息共享平台标准化后推广应用,必将极大的推动我国国防科技情报研究事业的发展。With the development of information technology,the national defense scientific and technical information is facing the new opportunities and challenge.In this paper,the current situation of the national defense scientific and technical information was analyzed from the user demand,researchers and research style.The existing problems were proposed.In order to improve the quality of the national defense scientific and technical information and accelerate the researchers＇ training,it was necessary to introduce the information sharing platform.The effect,composition and function realization of the information sharing platform were expounded in detail.If the information sharing platform could be standardized and applied widely,it will certainly promote the study of the national defense scientific and technical information.
