摘　　要：网络技术的普遍应用为人事档案管理工作提供了新的舞台,使其服务形式与内容发生了质的改变。如何应用网络提供全面有效的新型人事档案信息服务成为我们必须考虑的问题。本文对此进行了分析和探讨,提出了建设人事档案信息服务网络的建议与内容实施分析。The application of network technology provides the new stage for general personnel management work,its form and content services have made a qualitative change.How to apply the new network to provide comprehensive and effective information services personnel files need to be considered.This paper discussed the national personnel records of building information network implementation of the recommendations and content analysis.
