国外移动图书馆服务现状及我国的发展策略

摘　　要：移动通信技术的迅猛发展使移动信息服务成为21世纪的新潮流。国外移动图书馆服务的建设已取得令人瞩目的成绩,而国内服务模式却较单一。为推动我国移动图书馆服务的蓬勃发展,图书馆应在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,采取相应的发展策略:更新服务理念,加强横向合作;构建具有灵活扩展性的移动图书馆服务系统;加强图书馆门户网站的建设;建立个性化图书馆网页等。The rapid development of mobile communication technology makes trend of mobile information service in the 21st century.The construction of mobile library services in foreign countries gets remarkable achievement.But the service modes are quite single in China.Some development strategies of mobile library services should be taken through drawing on the successful experiences in foreign countries in order to promote the vigorous development of mobile library services in China.It mainly includes updating service idea,strengthening horizontal cooperation,constructing the mobile library services system with excellent flexibility and expansibility,strengthening the library portal construction and establishing the personalized library web pages.
