摘　　要：基于对甘肃省7所高校图书馆数字参考咨询现状的调查分析基础上,找出6个方面存在的问题,并主要从规范化和政策连贯性、服务方式多样化、咨询馆员与教师、专家合作、支持参考源建设与优化整合、扩大协作范围以及服务质量监控六个方面建立健全甘肃省高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务发展机制。Based on the investigation of the status of the digital reference service of university library in Gansu province,this article put forward some problems to construct the development mechanism of digital reference service from 6 aspects,including standardization and policy coherence,various service patterns,librarians and teachers,experts cooperation,supporting the construction and optimization of integrated reference source,expanding the scope of collaboration and monitoring service quality.
