摘　　要：本文针对当前的信息环境,提出数字图书馆建设应该以用户为中心,并从用户实际需求出发分析了数字图书馆的建设内容及其先后次序,然后以北京理工大学图书馆为例讨论了数字图书馆的建设步骤及实施方案。Aiming at current information environment,this paper firstly put forward that the construction of digital library should be user-centered,then analyzed the construction content and sequence of digital library from the perspective of users,finally taking Beijing Institute of Technology for example,discussed the steps of building digital library.
