摘　　要：院系资料是高校信息资源的重要组成部分,院系资料的回溯建库是实现高校信息资源共享、优化校园信息资源体系的重要举措。本文分析了院系资料回溯建库工作的特点,探讨了回溯建库工作的管理方法及有关的数据加工处理办法、内容和注意事项。Department reference is an important part of the information resources of universities.Back to work on database of department reference is an important measure of sharing and optimizing the campus information resources.This paper analyzed the features of backtracking work on database of department reference,and discussed the management methods,the data processing methods,and the related content and guidelines of this work.
