赛洛纺加捻过程的理论分析

摘　　要：分析了赛洛纺的加捻过程，获得了交汇区中的单纱捻度和交汇角的理论计算公式．利用这两个公式解释了一些主要纺纱工艺参数对纺纱过程和成纱性能影响的实验规律．Theoretical analysis on the the twisting process of the two strand yarn spinning is presented in this paper.The formula to calculate the strand twist in the convergence region and the convergence angle were obtained.The formula can to emploged to investigate and explain the experimental rules about the influence of the parameters of the spinning process on the geometry structure and quality of two strand yarns.
