摘 要:本文利用真丝纤维巨原纤之间存在的离子侵蚀耐性结构差,对真丝纤维进行离子刻蚀处理,分析其钙盐在不同时间处理条件下的丝纤维截面形态变化特征,并与其失重率、收缩率进行了比较研究,得出:溶胀初期丝纤维簇团变大,巨原纤间的空穴变小,纤维轴向产生收缩,同时,巨原纤表面逐渐剥离水解,使失重率逐渐增大,所以,对丝纤维的盐缩处理应有效地控制好工艺和方法。The differences in the ion-erosion resistance among the microfibrils of the silk filaments were investigated and discussed. After the silk filament were eroded by ions,the variations were measured and studied about their crosssection,weight loss rate and shrinkage rate. The results showed that fibril cluster swollen and the space between microfibril became smaller at the beginning while fibres shrinked along their axes. At the same time,the surface of microfibril disolved and the weight loss increased gradually. At the final stage of salt shrinking,the dissolution of microfibril became Severe and the cross-sections of the fibres were net-shaped with more spaces. It can be concluded that the processes and method of salt shrinkage of the silk filaments should be controlled carefully and effectively
