摘  要:本文基于纺丝动力学模拟模型及理论,在讨论了卷绕速度、泵供量、熔体温度、切片粘度对速度梯度、皮芯温差的影响的基础上,更详尽地讨论了冷却条件对温度、速度、张力三场及速度梯度、皮芯温差的影响。结果表明:吹风条件的改变,即吹风速度的提高(从 2m/s到 5m/s),吹风长度的增加(从8cm到20cm),吹风起点的上移(从2cm到8cm)都能加速成形,其中以吹风速度、吹风起点的影响最为明显。另外,吹风速度,吹风起点对皮芯温差影响也较大。The paper is based on the dynamic simulation model and theories of melt spinning. Beginning with the influences of take-up velocity,mass throughout,melt temperature,and intrinsic viscosity on the distributions of velocity gradient and the skin-core temperature difference,we discussed the effect of cooling conditions on the distribution of temperature,velocity,force velocity gradient and the skin-core temperature difference. The results show that the change of blowing conditioms (increasing blowing velocity from 2m/s to 5m/s,blowing length from 8cm to 20cm, and moving blowing starting point from 2cm to 8cm)can accelerate the formation of spinning,especially the blowing Velocity and the blowing starting point. Obviously, the blowing velocity and starting point will also affect the skin-core temperature difference.
