摘 要:为促进冷吊顶技术的应用,开发采用封装式相变材料(Phase Change Material,PCM)的冷却吊顶,对其热工性能和传热机理进行分析研究.建立考虑接触热阻和导热形状因子影响的冷却室系统数学模型,通过仿真评价热工性能.结果表明,当铝板和PCM接触面间存在空气间隙时,传热效率大大降低,整个冷却室的稳定控制温度和控制时间受到影响;由导热形状因子构成的热负荷是总负荷的重要部分.根据单因素影响分析和多因素影响的正交分析,当冷室结构确定后,制冷剂温度、环境温度和气流速度对PCM吊顶的性能有影响,但影响程度不一.与实验结果对比,仿真结果对PCM冷吊顶热工性能具有较高准确度的趋势判断.To promote the application of chilled ceiling technology,a chilled ceiling panel using encapsulated Phase Change Material(PCM) is developed,and its thermal performance and heat transfer mechanism is analyzed.Mathematic model is built for the cool room and simulation is made to evaluate the thermal performance.Thermal contact resistance and conduction shape factor are taken into consider-ation especially.Existence of air gap between PCM and aluminum plate largely decreases the heat con-duction coefficient,which has large influence on the stable temperature and time.Heat load of conduc-tion shape factor constitutes major part of total heat load.When the cool room structure is determined,re-frigerant temperature,environmental temperature and air velocity have influence on performance of PCM ceiling,but their influence degrees are different,according to the single factor influence analysis and or-thogonal analysis for multi-factor influence.Compared with experiment results,the simulation gives the high accuracy for the trend judgement of PCM ceiling thermal performance.
