摘 要:为建立运输企业与货主企业之间的长期供应链合作关系,从运输服务供应链双方利润最大化的角度,确定承运人最优的运输价格折扣策略.通过研究由1个承运人和多个托运人所组成的运输服务供应链,托运人最初按承运人给定的折扣运输价格向承运人确定货物托运量,然后按照承运人提供的正常运输价格确定向承运人发出剩余货物的托运次数,建立承运人折扣运输价格、托运人在折扣运输条件下的运输批量和在正常运输条件下的运输次数优化模型.算例表明:当承运人采用折扣运输价格时,每个托运人的货物订购和运输量增加,承运人和托运人所得到的利润均增加;在托运人总需求不变的前提下,随着托运人数量越多,承运人所提供的折扣运输价格越高,所得到的利润越低.To establish long term supply chain cooperation relationship between carrier and shipper,carrier’s optimal transportation price discount policy is determined from the angle of profit maximization of transportation service supply chain.By studying a transportation service supply chain consisted of one carrier and multiple shippers,in which shippers firstly determine transportation quantity according to the discount transportation price provided by the carrier,then decide on the transportation frequency of the rest of the cargoes according to the normal transportation price provided by carrier,an optimization model for a transportation service supply chain is proposed to obtain the carrier’s discount transportation price,as well as the shippers’transportation batch size under discount transportation and transportation frequen-cy under normal transportation.The solution example shows that individual shippers’order and transpor-tation quantity increases as well as profits of carrier and shippers increase when carrier adopts discount transportation price;the carrier provides higher discount transportation price and gets lower profits whenthe number of shippers increases provided that shippers’total demand is fixed.
