摘　　要：目的观察氟伐他汀短期治疗对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清中P-选择素(P-selectin)、E-选择素(E-selectin)、L-选择素(L-selectin)水平的影响,探讨氟伐他汀在CHF中的治疗作用。方法将97例CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服氟伐他汀观察2周,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其治疗前后血清中P-selectin、E-selectin和L-selectin水平。结果 2组治疗后血清P-selectin和E-selectin水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但下降水平组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后血清L-selectin水平均较治疗前无明显下降(P>0.05),治疗组甚至较治疗前有所升高(P>0.05)。结论在CHF常规治疗的基础上短期加用氟伐他汀治疗不能进一步降低血清选择素家族水平。Objective To observe the effects of short-term treatment of fluvastatin on serum P-selectin （platelet selectin,P-selectin）,E-selectin （endothelium-selectin,E-selectin） and L-selectin （leukocyte-selectin,L-selectin） in patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）,and to investigate the effects of fluvastatin in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods 97 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in treatment group,on the basis of conventional therapy,were treated with fluvastatin for 2 weeks,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the levels of serum P-selectin,E-selectin and L-selectin before and after treatment.Results After treatment the serum P-selectin and E-selectin levels in both groups were decreased,as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）,however,there was no significant difference in the decrease levels between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The serum L-selectin levels in both groups were not decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）,furthermore,which in treatment group were even higher than those before treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,the short-term fluvastatin treatment can not further reduce the selectin family levels.
