赤雹果水提物对佐剂性关节炎大鼠抗炎作用及机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨赤雹果水提物(WFTD)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的抗炎作用及机制。方法:建立弗氏完全佐剂致AA大鼠,给予WFTD灌胃治疗21天,观察各组大鼠关节肿胀度、关节炎指数,检测大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的水平。结果:WFTD各治疗组大鼠关节肿胀度、关节炎指数,血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于AA模型组(P<0.01)。结论:WFTD对AA大鼠继发性炎症反应具有良好的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与调节机体异常的免疫功能和维持细胞因子平衡有关。Objective：To study the anti-inflammatory effects of water extraction of fi＇uit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge （WFTD） on adjuvant arthritis （AA） rats and its mechanisms.Methods：Freund s complete adjuvant （FCA） was used to establish AA rats by subcutaneous injection of FCA at the rats＇ right hind foot pat; then the AA rats were lavaged with WFTD for 21 days. The joint swelling extent, arthritic index and cytokine （IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α） level in rats＇ serum were respectively detected.Results：The joint swelling extent, arthritic index and cytokine （IL-1β, IL-α and TNF-α） level of rats in each WFTD group were obviously lower than that of the AA rats （P〈 0.01）.Conclusions：This study suggests that WFTD has therapeutical effects on AA rats. Its mechanisms may be related to adjusting abnormal immune function and keeping balance of cytokine in AA rots.
