摘　　要：我国是世界上人口最多的国家,人口的老龄化也是我们当前和未来要面临的重大问题。本文叙述了我国老龄化的现状与老年医学的研究内容,并分析了当前所取得的成绩和未来有望取得的突破。作为新兴的学科,老年医学的发展对我国的社会发展与稳定具有重要意义,是医学实践的一个重要方向。China has become the country with the most aged people, and aging is one of the most significant problems China encounters in both currant stage and future times. This article not only gives a brief overview of aging in China and the content in the study of geriatric medicine but also ana/yses the achievement were obtained and promising breakthrough. As a burgeoning subject of medical science, geriatric medicine is of momentous significance for China＇s social development and stability and one important aspect of medical practice.
