摘 要:大港滨海区块钻遇层系多,岩性复杂,深探井井底温度高达180℃、易发生井漏、井壁失稳、卡钻等复杂情况,高温钻井液维护困难。通过分析该区块高温地层钻井液技术难点,合成出了抗200℃的磺酸盐共聚物DSP,并在室内优选出了抗200℃的高温海水基钻井液。该抗高温钻井液在200℃下的高温流变性好,不同密度的该钻井液流变曲线均符合塑性流体宾汉模式,且性能可调、热稳定性好,具有较好的抑制性和润滑性能;抗盐达8.0×104mg/L,抗钙达5.0×103mg/L;岩心渗透率恢复值高达88.17%,滤液对岩心的侵入深度小于1cm,满足大港滨海区块深探井高温高效、提速钻井的要求。In block Dagang Binhai many downhole problems,such as circulation losing,wall instability and pipe sticking are occurred relating to the special formations and complex lithology.Downhole temperature at TD of deep exploration well is as high as 180 ℃,and it is difficult to maintain the drilling fluid stability at high temperature.To solve these problems,sulfonate copolymer DSP and a new system of sea water based drilling fluid,which have good temperature stabilities(200 ℃),are formulated and optimized in laboratory.The rheological model of the sea water based drilling fluid consistent with Bingham model of plastic fluid.This drilling fluid also shows good thermal stability,inhibiting ability and lubricity,resistance salt concentration of 8.0×104 mg/L,calcium concentration of 5.0×103 mg/L,the core permeability recovery is greater than the value of 88.17%,filtrate invasion depth is less than 1cm.The applications in exploration wells are every successful.
