摘  要:长庆气田水平井斜井段将钻遇石千峰组、石盒子组易坍塌地层以及山西组、本溪组易垮塌煤层,以往使用的三磺钻井液防塌能力差,井径扩大率大,为了稳定井壁,提高钻井液密度和黏度后,又导致机械钻速降低,泥饼质量和润滑性变差,摩阻增大。针对以上情况,开发了复合盐水钻井液,其可由聚合物体系和抗盐三磺体系直接转化,使用甲酸钠、氯化钠和氯化钾3种盐,复配抗盐降滤失剂、提黏剂、超细碳酸钙、阳离子乳化沥青粉等材料。室内研究和现场应用结果表明,该体系具有抑制性好、防塌能力强、密度高、滤失量低、固相含量低、润滑性良好、性能易于控制等特性,有效地解决了钻进中地层掉块、垮塌、岩屑携带及阻卡等问题,起下钻畅通,下套管顺利,井径规则,平均井径扩大率在10%以内,控制了井下复杂情况的发生,满足了水平井安全钻井的需要。During the operation in deviation sections of horizontal wells in Changqing gas field,caving formations and coal formations were encountered,which the sulfonated drilling fluid failed to deal with the problems low ROP,high solid content and bad lubrication.The compound salt water drilling fluid were developed that could be transformed by sulfonated drilling fluid by using formate NaCl KCl salt-resistant filter reducer viscosifier ultra-fine CaCO3 and cation emulsion asphalt.The laboratory experiments show that the salt water drilling fluid has the characteristics of good inhibition anti-caving and lubrication performances,high density,low filter loss,low solid content as well.The applications show that the average hole enlargement was as low as 10%,also the casing running and tripping was smoothly.
