摘 要:以废槽衬焙烧处理回转窑为研究对象分析了回转窑的热工过程,进行了热工测试计算与分析。结果表明:回转窑热效率为49.33%,其冷却机的余热利用率为53.16%,热效率偏低。热工分析认为,减少回转窑筒体外表面散热,减少碳的机械、化学不完全燃烧损失,降低空气过剩系数是降低单位产品煤粉消耗,提高回转窑热效率的有效途径。Heat-transfer course of rotary kiln for spent podiners ( abbr. SPL) processing was discussed. Heat-transfer measurement was performed on SPL baking kiln in order to learn its heat-transfer course. Heat-balance calculation was carried out. It can be concluded from heat-balance discussing re- suhs that the kiln has a bit low thermal efficiency, only 49. 33%, and its cooler has a secondary heat using rate of 53.16%. To reduce heat loss from the surface of the kiln, to decrease mechanical loss and chemical loss of fuel carbon from SPL, and to reduce excessive air in the kiln are some effective ways to cut down powder coal consumption per ton product, and at the same time, thermal efficiency of the kiln is improved.
