摘  要:以华中世纪星XH715D铣削加工中心为研究对象,基于UG平台,用VB6.0语言编写了专用后处理软件。针对UG刀位文件的特点,提出了该软件的后处理方式以及软件运行的原则,并阐明了该软件的总体构成作;对UG/CAM模块生成的CLSF文件格式、华中世纪星数控系统的规则以及XH715D铣削加工中心坐标转换数学模型进行了深入的分析与研究,推导出该类机床后置处理转角计算公式和坐标转换计算公式。所开发的后置处理软件不但解决了UG刀位文件的后置处理问题,还添加了四轴加工时的动态速度处理功能,NC程序的旋转和偏移功能。这两个功能分别解决了四轴加工时使用同一进给速度产生的加工质量问题,以及装夹工件时工装夹具的误差补偿问题。By taking the Huazhong Century Star XH715D milling Machining Center as the object of research,the special post-processing software based on UG platform in VB6.0 language was programmed.In view of the CLSF,this software post-processing way and the operating mode of the principles were elaborated,and the explanation to this software overall constitution was given.After having analyzed and researched thoroughly how the CLSF file and its format were created by UG/CAM modules,the rules of Huazhong system and the mathematical model of coordinate transformation of CNC milling machining center XH715D,post-processing corner computing formula and coordinate transformation formula for the machine were deduced.By the developed post-processing software,problems of post-processing for UG CLSF were not only solved,but also,a function of four-axis dynamic speed processing and a function of NC program's offset or rotation were added.The problem of four-axis processing using the same feed rate which affected the quality of manufacturing process and the problem of error compensation of clamping work-piece fixture were resolved separately by these two functions.
