摘　　要：介绍利用南京SKY系列数控系统及其动梁龙门式高速数控雕铣机床SKDX70100加工合路器产品壳体的过程。定制SKY数控系统能兼容的MasterCAM9.0软件后置处理程序,开发该产品的深孔加工工序数控主体程序,并利用数控系统支持的功能对该工序进行手工定制优化循环程序。优化后加工效率明显提高、成本降低。Nanjing SKY2003 developed CNC system and its dynamic beam gantry type high speed CNC engraving and milling machine SKDX70100 were used to machine combiner shell.The post processing program of MasterCAM9.0 was customed to be compatible with SKY CNC system.The main NC program for the product was developed.Using the functions supported by the NC system,the process was hand-tailored to optimize cycle program.After optimization,production efficiency is improved and cost is saved.
