摘  要:针对阀门启闭转矩的变化特性,设计一套可以对阀门启闭全过程中的动静态转矩进行高精度在线测试的阀门动静态转矩测试系统。采用柔性加载闭环控制方法实现对阀门工况的高精度模拟,保证测试结果的真实性与精确性;运用虚拟仪器技术实现测试系统的各种功能要求。介绍系统的整体结构与工作原理,硬件设计与软件功能分析。该系统具有精度高、自动化程度高、通用性好等特点。A testing system which could be used to test the valve's static and dynamic torque online with high accuracy was developed according to the variable property of valve's torque.The method for flexible load with closed-loop control was taken to simulate the valve's work condition with high accuracy,therefore,the authenticity and accuracy of the test result was guaranteed.The technology on virtual instrument was applied to realize the function requirements.The system's whole structure,work principle and the key technologies were introduced.The test system has some characteristics,such as high accuracy,high automation degree and good general availability,and so on.
