摘　　要：重点介绍了唐山既有建筑节能改造示范工程在外围护结构和采暖系统等方面所采取的改造措施、改造后的热环境效果和能耗指标、改造的经济成本与效益;并进一步通过唐山改造工程的大量实施推广,总结出既有建筑节能改造需要有先进的技术作支撑、制定可行的实施方案(建立在详细测试勘查的基础上)、进行综合性改造等要点。The energy-saving reconstruction of existing building in Tangshan about external envelope and heating system is expounded,including the measures taken by the reformation,the thermal environment and energy consumption indicators after transformation,the cost of reforming and its reward.Further,through the implementation and promotion of large reconstruction project in Tangshan,advanced technology on energy-saving reformation was summarized,then feasible scheme（based on detailed test and exploration） was formulated to make comprehensive transformation.
