摘  要:汽车驱动桥圆锥滚子轴承的预紧力是影响其装配质量和运行性能的重要的因数。讨论了驱动桥轴向力在总成中的分配关系,分析了垫片厚度对驱动桥轴承预紧力的影响机制,将预紧力转化为轴向等效尺寸,以此为封闭环建立主动锥齿轮总成装配尺寸链。在此基础上建立选垫和优化模型。提出了一种新型垫片优选算法,并开发了具有开放式垫片管理功能的选垫软件系统,与传统选垫方法相比,选垫效率有很大提高。所述选垫方法对提高选垫效率和质量具有现实意义。One of the important impact factors of the main reducer drive axle assembly quality is the control of the preload which support the initiative of a gear shaft tapered roller bearing.The assembly dimension chain is built by making the equivalent dimension which is transformed from the pre-tightening force as closed-loop,after the discussion of the axial force distribution in the assembly,the effect on bearing pre-tightening force by the change of gasket thickness.The measurement and optimization model of gasket-selection was built.A new function module where gasket types can be updated is added in software design,and a new efficient optimization algorithm of gasket-selection was proposed,and a gasket-selection soft system with an open-end gasket management module was developed.The efficiency of gasket-selection was improved greatly compared with the traditional selection methods.The study has practical significance for improving the speed of motor vehicles automated manufacturing.
