摘 要:提出了基于坐标测量获得面齿轮齿面法向偏差的方法,为面齿轮精度评定提供依据。根据面齿轮的加工原理和方法,分析了刀具和工件的相对位置关系,建立了切齿加工坐标系。运用微分几何和啮合理论,推导出理论齿面方程。在此基础上,规划测量网格,计算节点处的理论坐标和法矢量。在齿轮测量中心上进行实际测量试验,将实际测量数据与理论数据进行比较,获得实际齿面法向偏差,最终试验结果验证了该方法的可行性。A solution of coordinate measurements of face gear real tooth surface is put forward to obtain deviation in normal direction of surface. It can be used as a basis on determination of accuracy. On the foundation of principle and method of face gear machining, the relative position between tool and gear was analyzed and process coordinates were established. According to the differential geometry and meshing theory, the representation of theoretical tooth surface was established. A set of points for measurements were marked out. The theoretical coordinates and normal vector of points on the grid were calculated. The deviations were obtained after measuring the surface along normal direction. The approach presented in this paper was proved to be accurate.
