摘　　要：饮食人类学作为人类学的一个分支学科,主要是研究各个民族或群体在人类社会发展过程中的食生产、食生活及相关的文化现象,包括了物质文化、制度文化和精神文化的内涵,应用人类学、考古学、历史学、生态学等学科的理论和方法,跨学科综合性地研究人类生活的饮食和饮食行为。草原饮食文化是站在饮食人类学的视野中,研究草原地区人类社会发展过程中的饮食生产、饮食生活、饮食行为、饮食理论、饮食相关的文化现象等,将之上升到学科的角度,这样更有利于把握和系统地研究。草原饮食文化的研究,将有助于推动饮食人类学学科的发展,并对人类学的中国化研究有重要的历史和现实意义,还会深化对草原文化的整体研究。Food anthropology as a branch of anthropology is to study the various nations or groups in the development of human society in the process of food production,food and related cultural phenomena of life,including material culture,system culture and spiritual culture of content,applications anthropology,archeology,history,ecology,research theories and methods,inter-disciplinary study of human life,diet and eating behavior.Grassland food culture is the vision of standing in food anthropology,the study of human social development of grassland areas in the process of food production,diet,eating behaviors,dietary theories,diet-related cultural phenomena,will be to rise above the subject’s point of view,this more conducive to grasp and systematic study.Grassland food culture studies,will help promote the development of food anthropology,and anthropological research in China has an important historical and practical significance,but also deepen the culture of the whole of the grassland.
