摘 要:采用AAO泥水回流工艺处理焦化废水,研究了进水碳氮比(C/N)对COD、氨氮及TN去除率的影响。研究表明,进水碳氮比(C/N)在12—25范围内,厌氧滤池COD去除率和氨化率分别达到37%和30%;缺氧进水碳氮比(C/N)控制在5.3-11.9范围内,MO泥水回流系统去除COD与氨氮效果的影响不明显,平均去除率分别为89.6%和95.2%;缺氧进水碳氮比(C/N)控制在7.5~8.6范围内,系统具有较好的TN去除率,平均值为72.2%。出水COD和NH3-N均能够达到污水综合排放标准中的二级标准。The coking wastewater was treated by A/A/O process with the sludge and wastewater back to anoxic tank from the MBR. The influence of C/N ratio on COD/NH3-N/TN removal by A/A/O process was studied. The results of the test showed that, when C/N ratio was 12-25, the removal of COD and the ammonification rate of NH3-N in anaerobic reactor were 37% and 30%,respectively; the removals of COD and NH3-N were not influenced by influent C/N ratio(5.3-11.9) in anoxic tank, and the average removals of them were 89.6%, 95.2%, respectively; the best denitrification effect could be obtained when the influent C/N ratio was 7.5-8.6 in anoxie tank, and the average removal of nitrification was 72.2%. COD and NH3-N in effluents from the A/A/O process achieved the secondary standard criteria specified in Integrated Standard of Wastewater Discharge.
