摘　　要：为了合理安排测试的先后顺序,实现故障的有效检测和隔离,提出了基于信息流模型和列表寻优法进行测试选择和测试序列的优化,构建了测试性故障隔离诊断体系。结合实例对所生成的诊断策略进行了分析,证明了算法的有效性。In testing of the complex electronic equipment, a method based on information flow model and TABU was proposed for test selection and the optimization of test sequence in order to arrange the sequence of test reasonably and realize effective fault detection/separation. The testability fault separation/diagnosis system was also constructed. The generated diagnosis tactics were analyzed based on practical example, which showed the effectiveness of the algorithm.
