摘　　要：为了查明ＦＡ６２１型转杯纺纱机粗节的成因，进行了大量工艺试验，试验数据表明：成纱粗节与喂入熟条的含杂率高低有关；与纺纱关键机械部件分梳辊、转杯的机械状态、磨损有关；In order to find out the cause of nub formation on FA621 rotor spinning frame,a vast amount of processing test is made,these datas show that yarn nub related to the trash content of feeder drawn sliver,the condition of key parts(combing roller and rotor)on rotor spinning frame and related to the processing disposition of the frame.\=
