摘　　要：文章概述了红外诊断技术的原理、特点和方法,充分发挥了红外诊断技术快速、准确、直观、高效的特点,并成功将红外诊断仪器运用到机电设备的状态监测和故障诊断中,诊断出热异常的原因、缺陷性质,并预测了缺陷的发展趋势和设备的寿命。The methods, characters and principle of infrared diagnosis have been discussed in this paper. With the characters of quickness, exacting and high efficiency, an instrument of infrared diagnosis has been applied in condition monitoring and faults diagnosis. And the reasons and character of thermod defects have been presented and developing trends of defect and residual life have been forcasted.
