摘　　要：土地利用结构制约着土地利用效益。在分析六安市土地资源的基本特征、土地利用现状与存在问题的基础上,明确增加农用地和建设用地、提高土地利用率和利用效益的调整目标,针对人增耕地减、耕地后备资源匮乏,土地供需矛盾日益尖锐等突出问题,提出土地利用结构调整方案。调整后,农用地和建设用地明显增加,土地利用的经济、社会和生态效益显著提高。The structure of land usage restricts the benefits of land usage. Base on analyzing the basic characters of land resources and actualities and some questions of land usage in Lu＇an city,this paper gives proposals of land using adjustment to increase the amount of land for construction and farm use,so as to enhance percentage and benefits of land usage. There are many questions of land usage in Lu＇ an city, such as population increasing and the amount of farm land decreasing, the preparative resources are gravely shortage to assert to be farm land, the supply of construction land is inadequate to meet the demand, the conflict of supply and demand of land resources is increasingly severity. The way to solve these questions is to adjust the structure of land using. This paper put forward the projects of land using adjustment. After adjustment,the amount of land for construction and farm usage will be increased. The benefits of economic, social and environment will be observably improved.
