摘  要:提高资源能源使用效率、改善空气和水质量,是低碳经济背景下区域系统的显著特征.推进工业运行、能源消耗和污染物排放三者的协调,已经成为达成区域系统的可持续发展的目标的现实着力点.本文基于植入生态环境要素的内生经济增长理念,以生态位态势理论为指导,界定区域生态位和工业生态位的内涵并解析两者间的内在关联性,从纵向和横向两个方面研究区域系统工业增长、能源消耗和环境容量的效率关系,测算区域系统内工业运行CRE效率指数对不同投入产出指标波动的敏感度系数,为政府部门制定工业发展战略和促进区域可持续协调发展提供重要参考依据.To achieve the sustainable developmental goal of regional industrial system, national and regional governments respectively develop policies for improving energy efficiency and ameliorating quality of water and air. It is a vital task to accelerate harmonious development between products of industrial department, consumption of energy, and infectant exhaust. Based on the concept of endogenous growth which is implanted with the element of ecological environment, with the guidance of the ecological niche theory, the connotations of the regional ecological niche and industrial ecological niche were defined, and their internal relationship was expatiated. In addition, the layer compartmentalization and dimensionality structure analysis of the industrial ecological niche was advanced. Therefore, efficiency relational research was carried out concerning the relationship between industrial increase, consumption of energy, and environmental volume from horizontal and vertical levels. In addition, the sensitivity coefficient of CRE efficiency in industrial operation in answer to the changing of every input and output index was calculated, and critical factors that restrict developmental efficiency were investigated so as to provide quantitative reference for administrative decisions.
