摘 要:目的研究防石合剂对大鼠肾草酸钙结石形成的抑制作用。方法用1%乙二醇和2%氯化铵诱导大鼠肾草酸钙结石模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的防石合剂,实验结束后进行各组大鼠尿液、血清和肾组织中的多项生化指标[尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、尿酸(UA)、无机磷(IP)、钙(Ca2+)]检测以及肾脏病理标本观察。结果和成石模型组比较,防石合剂给药组能降低血清、肾组织和24 h尿中的UA、Ca2+含量,病理切片显示给药组草酸钙结晶明显减少。Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of anti-stone composition on renal calcium oxalate calculus formation in experimental rats.Methods The model of renal calcium oxalate calculus was induced by 1% ethylene glycol and 2% ammonium chloride,and the rats were administered intragastrically with different doses of anti-stone composition.When the experiment was ended,several biochemical indicators[urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(CR),uric acid(UA),inorganic phosphorus(IP),calcium(Ca 2+)]of urine,blood,and nephridial tissue were measured,and renal pathological specimens were observed.Results The contents of UA and Ca 2+ of blood serum,nephridial tissue and 24 h urinary in anti-stone composition groups were significantly lower than that in the stone forming group.The renal calcium oxalate calculus of anti-stone composition groups were obviously reduced compared with the stone forming group.Conclusion The anti-stone composition can inhibit renal calcium oxalate calculus formation in experimental rats.
