中药辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染合并心肌损害临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂对小儿上呼吸道感染合并心肌损害的治疗作用及临床疗效。方法:将158例上呼吸道感染合并心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组只予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的常规治疗基础上加用自拟中药汤剂口服,并于治疗前后做了血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)、血清肌酸激酶(CK-MB)的检测。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗后临床症状及CK-MB的恢复均较治疗前明显减轻(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率78%,对照组有效率42%,有效率比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组在CTnI、CK-MB的恢复上优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟中药汤剂对小儿上呼吸道感染合并心肌损害的患儿的CTnI和CK-MB恢复有显著疗效(P<0.01)。Objective： To discuss the treatment and clinical effects of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on children＇s upper respiratory infection with myocardial injury.Method： 158 cases of upper respiratory infection with myocardial injury children were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with regular western medicine,and the treatment group was treated the self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on top of the same regular western medicine.Both groups were tested with CTnI and CK-MB before and after treatment.Results： After the treatment,the clinical symptoms and the recovery rate were both remarkably decrease（P0.01）.The effective rate of the treatment group is 78%,and the control group is 42%;therefore,the difference between the two group was quite obvious（P0.001）.Comparing with the control group,the treatment group has higher recovery rate of CTnI and CK-MB（P0.01）.Conclusion： The self-made Chinese traditional medicine decoction is more effective on recovery of CTnI and CK-MB of children＇s upper respiratory infection with myocardial injury（P0.01）.
