摘　　要：通过广泛查阅国内外相关肌筋膜疼痛综合征的文献报道,结合传统中医学基础理论,分析其病因病机,并总结近年来各种中医疗法如针刺、推拿、艾灸、针刀、埋线和中药等各自不同的特点、优势以及它们对肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效,最后得出将多种疗法有机地结合并综合运用的必要性,同时对其今后的发展及研究方向提出展望。Retrievaled reports in the literature for myofascial pain syndrome from home and abroad,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,to analyze its disease cause and pathomechanism,and summarize all kinds of Chinese medicine therapy such as acupuncture,manipulation,moxa-moxibustion,embedding wire and traditional Chinese medicine＇s characteristic feature,advantage and their clinical effect on myofascial pain syndrome.Came to a conclusion that it is indispensable to organically combine and integrated application all kinds of treatments,and will propose the forecast to present＇s development and the research direction.
