摘　　要：通过对近10年针刺结合西药临床和实验研究的文献进行综述,了解针刺结合西药治疗疾病现状,发现两者结合具有增效减毒的特点。但还存在研究样本小、研究设计不完善、针药结合的临床指征不明确、观察指标不全面、针药结合的原则和机制不清楚等问题。Through reviewing the clinical and experimental researches of acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment during the recent ten years,this article unveils the current situation of this kind of treatment and its characteristic of improving effects and reducing toxicant.However,there are still some problems we have to solve such as small sample,immature designment,unclear clinical indications,incomplete observing indexes,indefinite principle and mechanism of acupuncture-medicine combination.
