新医改背景下公立医院院长职业化程度与社会责任关系的研究思路

摘　　要：医疗市场竞争的加剧,对公立医院管理者的综合素质提出更高的要求,院长职业化的呼声愈演愈烈。然而随着我国医药卫生体制改革的进一步深化,要求公立医院承担更多社会责任,社会责任已成为考察医院绩效的重要方面。新形势下,公立医院院长职业化程度与社会责任的关系是怎样的呢?文章首先指出了研究两者关系的背景,然后结合两者的研究现状探讨了研究两者关系的思路。As the health-care market competition intensifies,higher overall quality of public hospital managers is demanded,the appeals for director of professional also become louder.However,with China＇s health-care reform plan deepening further,it requires public hospitals to take more social responsibility.Social responsibility has become an important aspect to investigate hospital performance.Under the new situation,what is the relationship between the professional degree of public hospital＇s director and social responsibility？ This paper first points out the background of studying the relationship between them,and then discusses clues of studying the relationship between them combining their research status.
