摘 要:目的:通过MRI观察膝关节软骨病变的信号和厚度变化定量评价归芍康膝颗粒剂治疗软骨破坏的疗效。方法:收集膝关节软骨破坏患者20例,随机分为两组,各10例,治疗组服用归芍康膝颗粒剂在1年前后MRI检查,对照组服用相同剂量的硫酸氨基葡糖在同一时间行MRI检查。采用FS-3D-FISP序列软骨成像,测量病损软骨的厚度;采用快速自旋双回波成像测量软骨病变的T2值。结果:治疗组软骨T2值和厚度前后变化有差异(P<0.05),对照组软骨T2值和厚度前后变化有明显差异(分别为P<0.05和P<0.05),1年后组间比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:归芍康膝颗粒剂对软骨破坏的疗效可以通过MRI定量反映。Objective:To investigate the singal and thickness changes in articular cartilage by MR after the therapy of Guishao Kangxi granules on knee.Methods:The data of cartilage damage in 20 cases with clinically proved were were randomLy and equally divided into two groups.The therapy group were examed after one year of the treatment of Guishao Kangxi granules.The controlled group take the placebo at the same time by MRI.Using the sequence of FS-3D-FISP to measure the thickness of the cartilage;and the sequence of FSE to measure T2 value of cartilage disorders.Results:The T2 value changes on the therapy group had significant difference(P0.05),and also with the thickness(P0.05).The T2 value and thickness changes on controlled group were significantly different(P0.05,P0.05).Intra-group changes shows no difference(P0.05).Conclusion:MRI can manifest quantitatively in the changes of cartilage by the therapy of Guishao Kangxi granules.
