摘　　要：胸痹为临床常见病症,胡源民老师对此有丰富的治疗经验。胡老认为胸痹常因气虚痰瘀所致,常以益气活血化痰为治法,方药以"心病三宝"瓜蒌薤白三七汤加味治疗胸痹,并辨证给予补益心气、滋养心阴、健脾化痰等药物,每获良效。Chest discomfort is a common disease.Famous doctor,HU Yuan-min has rich experience of treating cheat pain.Doctor HU account that Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm dampness will couse the disease,so it should replenish Qi,let the blood flow,resolve the phlegm.Doctor HU always use the three key and useful drugs of treating heart disease（snakegourd,allium and pseudo-ginseng）to treat chest discomfort.and give differential treatment to different patients,such as replenish heart Qi,nourish the heart Yin,spleen and phlegm.And it is effective in most patients.
