4种人参对小鼠耐氧性和免疫活性的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:考察4种人参(山参、林下参、趴货、圆参)对小鼠耐氧性和免疫活性的影响。方法:通过制备小鼠耐缺氧实验动物模型,观察4种人参对小鼠耐氧性和免疫活性的影响。结果:在所选择的剂量650mg.kg-1,4种人参均能延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、小鼠游泳时间和提高免疫活性。结论:4种人参均有显著耐氧性和免疫活性,生长年限越长的人参耐氧性和免疫活性就越好。说明人参质量的形成与生长年限有直接关系。Objective：To study the effect of four kinds of GINSENG,wild RADIX GINSENG,GINSENG under forest,planting-nature GINSENG,RADIX GINSENG SATIVUS,on oxygen deficiency and Immune activity in mice.According to the different surrounding of ginseng growth,wild,transplant or culture,GINSENG is categorized to GINSENG under forest,wild RADIX GINSENG,planting-nature GINSENG and RADIX GINSENG SATIVUS.＂Wild RADIX GINSENG＂grows in forest in nature,the process of growth is not handled by person;＂GINSENG under forest＇also grows in nature,but it is sowed by person;＂Planting-nature GINSENG＂is cultured by person initially,then it is transplanted to the nature;＂RADIX GINSENG SATIVUS＂are cultured by person completely.Methods：Using the anti-oxygen deficiency-fast model,observed the effect of four kinds of ginseng on oxygen deficiency and Immune activity in mice.Results：At the doses of 650 mg·kg-1,four kinds of GINSENG could extend survival time,swimming time and Immune activity in mice.Conclusion：It is significant that four kinds of GINSENG on the effects of anti-oxygen deficiency and Immune activity,the longer growing-year,the better anti-oxygen deficiency.So it proves there is direct relation between the growing-year and quality of GINSENG.
