摘　　要：目的:探讨肾病综合征病人ABO血型分布特点。方法:搜集整理297例肾病综合征病人(男174人,女123人),将其与健康对照组人群进行比较。结果:肾病综合征病人ABO血型分布结果为O>A>B>AB。与健康对照组比较,除O型血患者外,其余血型患者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01),其中A型血患者差异极显著(P<0.01)。各血型男女分别与健康对照组比较患病危险率,男性A型(χ2=4.435,P=0.035)、AB型(χ2=10.095,P=0.001)患病相对危险率差异均有统计学意义;女性仅B型差异极显著(χ2=15.156,P=0)。结论:本次搜集的肾病综合征病人男性明显多于女性,呈中青年化倾向,城乡之间、民族之间差异不明显。与对健康照组比较,A型、B型、AB型差异有统计学意义,男性A型、AB型,女性B型患病相对危险率差异有统计学意义。Objective ： To explore the distributive characteristics on ABO blood groups of nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods： To collect 297 patients （male 174 cases, female 123 cases） suffering nephrot- ic syndrome in the affiliated hospital of Qiannan medical college for nationality , use the Chi - square test, check up the significant difference between the nephrotic syndrome patients and the control group. Results： The distributive characteristic on ABO blood groups is O 〉 A 〉 B 〉 AB. Except group O, other groups are sig- nificant differences （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） than the control group （ especially group A） . In the case of rela- tive risk rate, there are significant differences on group A （ x^2 = 4. 435, P = 0. 035 ）, group AB （ x^2 = 10. 095, P =0. 001） in males, and group B （x^2 = 15. 156, P =0） in females. Conclusions： The patients suffering nephrotic syndrome in males are more than in females. They are showing towards youg and middle - aged traits, and no significant difference in the backgroud of nationality and family. Compared with the control group, groups A, B and AB of patients suffering nephrotic syndrome are significant differences （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） , the relative risk rate of groupA, AB in males, and group B in females of patients suffering nephrotic syndrome are stitistical meanings.
