摘　　要：当前我国一些地方的基层政权正在进入"空心化"状态。这种基层社会的治理危机正在侵蚀和动摇我国社会的根基。本文在阐释乡镇基层政权"空心化"状态内涵的基础上,分析了乡镇基层政权出现"空心化"的原因,进而论述了乡镇基层政权"空心化"的危害,最后就治理乡镇基层政权"空心化"提出了路径选择。Some grass-root govemments are becoming ineffective in China at present. Such weak governance is eroding and shaking the social foundation of our country. Based on the explanation of the ineffectiveness, the paper analyzes its causes and harm. Finally it brings up some solutions to the problem.
