摘  要:基于大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对带细长型轴向表面裂纹的X80钢压力管道进行了平面弹塑性断裂分析,得出了不同裂纹深度X80钢管道断裂时的塑性失效压力数值及裂纹尖端附近的应力场。结果表明,有限元分析得到的塑性失效压力值与理论预测数值基本吻合,且随着裂纹深度的增加,其值逐渐减小,这说明预制裂纹越深,压力管道更容易发生塑性变形而断裂失效。Based on the general and large finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the X80 steel pressure pipe with slender-axial surface cracks is analyzed on its planar elastic-plastic fracture, and the plastic failure pressure values and the stress field near the crack tip of the X80 steel pressure pipe with different crack depths are obtained. The results show that the plastic failure pressure values obtained by the finite element analysis are coincident with the theoretical predicted values, and with the crack depth increased, the value is decreased gradually, which indicates that the deeper the pre-crack, the easier the pressure pipeline to develop the plastic deformation and fracture.
