摘  要:2010-07-23~2010-07-24黄河中游支流洛河流域发生了一次较大的洪水过程,洛河中上游多站出现建站以来最大洪峰流量。受伊洛夹滩漫滩及橡胶坝影响,洪水在伊河龙门镇、洛河白马寺~黑石关河段出现了传播时间延长、削峰率大等异常现象。本文对该次洪水的组成、洪水特性及出现异常现象的原因进行了初步分析。On July 23 - 24, 2010, a larger flood occurred in Luohe River, a tributary in the middle course of Yellow River. The largest flood peak since the establishment of the station appears in the multi-hydrological stations in the upper and middle reaches of Luohe River. Under the influence of rubber dam and the beach area between Yihe River and Luohe River, some abnormal phenomena appear such as the reduction of peak rate and prolonging of propagated time in Longmenzhen station to Heishiguan station reach and Baimashi station to Heishiguan station reach. Here, the composing of the flood in July 2010, the analysis of its characteristics and the reasons of abnormal phenomena appeared are analyzed primarily.
