摘　　要：结合西荷花园12#楼粉土夹砂地基混凝土灌注桩的施工,对钻孔灌注桩出现的质量问题进行了原因分析。针对该工程地基地质与工程特点讨论了旋挖钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺,并指明了各工艺环节的质量控制要点。施工结果表明,在粉粘土夹砂地层中应用泥浆护壁旋挖钻孔,导管浇筑混凝土成桩的方法,掌握好各环节的质量控制要点,可获得良好的质量效果。Comparing with the construction of concrete filling piles in the silt sand foundation of 12 # Building in Xihe Garden, the quality problems of bored piles are analyzed. At the same time, according to the geology and engineering characteristics of the project, the construction technology of rotary bored piles is discussed, and the quality control points in every link are indicated. The construction results show that the piling method of slurry-protection chum boring and tremie concrete placing in the silt sand foundation could achieve good quality results when mastering the quality control points in every link.
